What I ate today as a Raw Vegan
Breakfast
The first thing I ate was 2 mysore bananas! I got a few of them from Miami Fruit for my order for a box of Black Sapotes! This variety of bananas were soooo sweet and yummy, and I am very grateful that Rane threw them in there for my sampling :)
I ate my first meal at about 2:30pm at my favorite raw vegan restaurant in Sarasota, "Ionie's Raw Food Cafe". Ionie Bergs founded this raw vegan food haven...and it is truly a special place that everyone in Sarasota, Florida is very lucky to have! Here I ate...
- Pesto Pizza -- the ingredients are sprouted buckwheat, a raw vegan pesto sauce, macadamia nuts made as a "cheese", and toppings of olives and grape tomatoes. Yum.
- The "Martin" Sandwich -- there are a couple "nut cheeses" on top of a raw onion wrap/"bread". This sandwich is stuffed with sprouts, tomatoes, avocado, and 2 or 3 slices of jalapeño :)
- About half a slice of chocolate cheese cake -- this is made from cashews.
- Some left-over salad greens.
The Evening
After 5pm I ate very little:
- About 1 cup of Strawberries.
- Half a cup of coffee. This isn't raw :)
And before writing this article, which is before bed, I broke open 3 young Thai coconuts and drank the water from 2.5 of them.
That's it!
Today wasn't the "cleanest" way to eat, and I still greatly enjoyed it! :) I wrote this article at the requests of others who would like to know what I eat in a day. Here's what I would like to eat in a day as soon as the summer season returns: nothing but watermelons!!!
Thank you! :)
It is my wish to serve you with these words!
Some info about me: I've been involved with Bitcoin since 2010. By trade I am an expert on blockchain technology. I am the Project Director for Wall of Coins, and CEO for Genitrust, Inc. I eat primarily fruits and leafy greens ("fruitarian"). This is known as a frugivorous diet, which is the diet by design of the human species and most primates. I don't cook my fruits, so you may also call this "raw vegan". I have eaten virtually every food item and major cultural style on this planet. I have experienced long periods of many different diet regimens: acid/alkaline, ketogenic, vegan, etc. In my spare time as a child, and an adult, I truly relished reading articles, books, and research papers on nutritional observation. I also enjoy and frequently practice long periods of juice fasting, water fasting, and dry fasting.
Thank you for reading, upvoting, tipping, and re-steeming!

Excellent this is really helpful and will help inspire others!
OMG, that Pesto Pizza sounds delicious! My daily diet is also vegan-influenced. However, I find it difficult to find restaurants in Stockholm, Sweden that has vegan food.
Anyway, what made you decide to become a raw vegan? :)
If you are into traveling, self-development, health or blog feel free to check out my channel. Otherwise, take care and have a wonderful day! 😃
The only real decision I had was to eat more fruit and become fruitarian. I decided to do this because I am a human: my desire was to eat HUMAN food--and that is only fruit. My productivity has been astronomical ever since! My health is the best it has ever been. I am thinner than ever, and I am stronger than ever. I love this level of health!
pizza, my favorite :-)
especially when it contains raw, living, WHOLE foods :)
HI :) BTW thank you for that post, its really amazing.
I have a question . I have two kids from two not so easy pregnancies.
After that I became a vegan and that changed my life. But still I wanna try water fasting.
Can you tell me how you feeling after water fasting and is it hard to do it?
Water fasting is easy! You will feel awesome. The only difficult time is when you are battling your addictions :) water fasting will push out many things that you are addicted to in this civilized world.
Btw check out @rawveganita ... she has great posts on these things :)
Ok, I will. Thank you so much. :)
You are welcome :) I am so happy to help!
