Project Details
Node.js is a JavaScript runtime built on Chrome's V8 JavaScript engine. It uses a non-blocking event-driven I/O model, which makes it a lightweight and efficient framework. I believe in open source projects and I think it's essential to work on this great project because the package ecosystem of Node.js, called npm, is the largest ecosystem of open source libraries in the world.
Given its importance, its translation into many languages is almost due.
I'll use my skills to make an high quality translation and maybe to learn something more about Node.js world.

Translation Overview
This is my 10th translation for the Node.js project.
As mentioned in the previous post today I continued the translation about the Pull Request even if I couldn't finish it as I hoped. Anyway the translation has been quite easy and fluid, I haven't encountered difficult words or code strings, as a matter of that fact total words are almost equivalent to clean words.
In this 10th part I finished the translation of "opening a Pull Request" steps and after that I translated how to review them in the right way, in fact I learned what are the criteria to land or reject a Pull Request.
In the next post I'll definitely finish this file and continue with the n-api.md file.
