Carrot
Vegetable oil
We break eggs, salt, pepper.

On the preheated, oiled frying pan, pour out the ladle of the egg mixture. As it clings on top, we roll into a roll, but not to the end.
Fill the empty space again with the egg mixture, already half the ladle.
