Just got an email to register for crossfit games and I am in. It will cost to register $20. This year you can create your custom leader-board and add a hashtag, so you will your own playing team and you ca compete with your friends. There an app to download as well. You can compare your fitness level with all the world, great fun
I was competing for 3 years, but stopped as well for the three years. I will give a try again, why? because it is fun.

Nah la. It’s ok, I’m just not strong enough. I started to do some more body building at the moment. Going to failure to also find my limit. But I like to see how you are doing.
