Rest day ( 1000 reps)
Rest Day. Done 1000 reps. Makes my body to recover from heavy lifting- it is like medicine for your body :)
Rest day's reps were made of:
50 Squat
50 Push Ups
50 Lunges
25 Push Press (20kgx2)
1000m rowing (120 strokes)
Went for 500 reps kettlebell swing challenge:
5 round of
10/15/25/50 Kettlebell swings
Hollow swing holds 100 reps
Chin ups 100 reps made 5 extra chin-ups to make the nice 1000 reps

Jesus, your rest day is over a week of reps for me. Sometimes I think you're joking with the high reps, but you never do. Man, I have work to do.
You should join 10.000 kettlebell swing challenge. LOL. Joker reps only for jokers
