My Birthday party- Murph. The Murph is a workout of:

1-mile run
300 Squats
200 Push-ups
100 Pull Ups
1-mile run

My time 42:37

Total reps 800 + 2 miles running and 2,5 hours of jogging. The perfect birthday cocktail.
