2. Cossack Squat Mobility Exercise

Main Workout
1.Back squat with pause.
- 5x10 reps
2. KB Snatch Lunges
- 3 sets x R15/L15
3. Hollow Hold swings.
- 3 sets - 30/25/25
4. Heels to the heaven.
- 3 sets - 40/40/40
