My workout

Warm-up

1. 2 Rounds of

  • 20 Push-ups
  • 20 Squat
  • 10 Chin Ups
  • 20 Lunges

2. Cossack Squat Mobility Exercise

  • 3sets x 20 reps

Main Workout

1.Back squat with pause.

  • 5x10 reps

2. KB Snatch Lunges

  • 3 sets x R15/L15

3. Hollow Hold swings.

  • 3 sets - 30/25/25

4. Heels to the heaven.

  • 3 sets - 40/40/40
