Robinhood
I deposited $1000 into Robinhood. Now I can't get them to give it back. It was supposed to be deposited into my bank account from which it came. Three days later I got an email from Robinhood saying I had to deposit to the account it came from, which it is. They do all business with email and it has just turned into a loop where I withdraw from Robinhood and have it sent to my bank only to get a message 3 days later saying I have to use the same bank account. They have no chat. I have lost $1,000 because I trusted Robinhood. Good thing it wasn't more. Beware Steemit friends.
So you deposited money from one bank account and wanted to transfer it to another bank account?
No. Same bank and account. Robinhood emailed me today and admitted that it was their error. I still have to wait for it to clear my bank before I am ready to change this post. I hope they are on the up and up and that they indeed had an internal problem. I am unsure if it was widespread or if I fell through the cracks.
