Nice to meet you!

Hello, my name is Erica but you can call me R'lyeh. A few of my friends started calling me that because of my obsession with Lovecraft and it kind of stuck.

I'm originally from Gatineau but I moved to the cold dry city of Winnipeg 3 years ago and haven't looked back since.
Winnipeg was very welcoming when I first moved here and encouraged to grow into the person I am now. It hasn't been easy and I have been through hardships which I will talk about in the future. They have taught me to stand up for what I believe in, so I wouldn't trade my experiences for anything.

I currently work full time as a body piercer in a small tattoo shop and I also own a small clothing line which I'm hoping to expand in the next year. If you love alternative clothing and jewelry go check out my website!

My pets are a huge part of my life, I currently live with my cat Jett, my bearded dragon Jub Jub, my 2 stick bugs and my 12 tarantulas. I'll be blogging a lot about them and other reptiles and insects. They keep me busy but the rewards are amazing.
