Reading is an activity that is very useful with reading we can trace the ins and outs of the world, because in the book we read save millions of knowledge, which many mamfaat we can take, either directly or indirectly, by reading the world like in grip, anywhere reading it is cultivated, familiarized or with the term literacy movement. In elementary school to senior high school or vocational high school in Indonesia, every morning before the teaching and learning process takes place students are directed to read for 15 minutes, in this case there is no provision of what books to read but more focused to read what books there are in the school, but in the corridors of science and education.

Likewise with writing, writing is to pour the ideas that exist in our minds into writing or articles, many forms of writing either writing or rules or just writing without rules, examples of writing that have rules in education is thesis and then the world there is a teacher PTK ( classroom action research) in which the writing has a high value and price, as judged by a solid team, when we make the thesis there must be much knowledge we have to describe the contents of our writing, and judged by the lecturers who are competent in their field, and thesis it is a final assignment of a student to get his bachelor degree after the other requirements conditions fulfilled, then there I mentioned PTK, PTK is a teacher's writing about his research and is one of the requirements for higher rank / rank increase, PTK it is also written following the rule y which has been required and assessed by a competent team in their field. Those are the two writings that must follow the rules, and the example of unrestricted writing is my writing, but although it has no special rules, but the three writings (writing thesis, PTK and writing in steemit) have absolute rules, write is an original article is not the result of plagiarize from the work of others.
