Pita bread

Pita Bread
Flour "All purpose flour" - 3 cups
Yeast / yis - 25 gms
Hot water - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 small blade
Olive oil - 1 teaspoon

Kaedah:

  1. In the bowl enter yis, water lukewarm & leave it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add a cup of flour and slang well. Let it sit for 2 to 3 minutes so it is bubbly ..
  3. Add salt, sugar, flour to the rest and uli for at least 6 minutes.
  4. Add the olive oil to the doh, roll and cover the doh. Leave the doh for 2 hours.
  5. After 2 hours, sprinkle a little flour and uli again for 2 minutes.
  6. Then flat it off, and cut it.
  7. Take a little do and start folding and make it as a roll. Leave it for 30 minutes longer.
  8. Start the doh a little thick.
  9. Heat the pan and start cooking the pita bread on both sides
  10. Fresh and soft pita bread willing to enjoy with hummus dip or whatever .
