Moving Seimei Umbrella to the Designated Area, giving 330 (+ 130% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage points against enemies and simultaneously lowering their Movement Speed by 60%.

#Rasho Umbrella Flee

With Seimei Umbrella: Eliminate debuff. Kagura moves in one direction and leaves his umbrella.
