Assalamu Alaikum, brothers and sisters, how are you all? Hope everyone is doing well by God's grace. I am also fine by the grace of God. I have not been able to concentrate properly at work for the past several days. For my family problems. I will try my best to work regularly from now on. I will present to everyone about Al-Amin Hotel and Restaurant, a successful entrepreneur in our village market.

Today I am going to share about Al-Amin Hotel & Restaurant, a successful entrepreneur in our small market. Al-Amin Hotel & Restaurant is located adjacent to the main road of our market. And this main road is from Parvatipur upazila to Dinajpur district town. The owner of this shop was running a small shop in our market 15 years ago. 15 years ago his shop was surrounded by a fence and tin. And then there were no employees in his shop. He himself has suffered a lot and worked hard. He himself was a confectioner. When he first started his shop, he only sold tea, biscuits, cakes, bread, rice, etc. After running the shop for 2 years, he took some of his own savings and borrowed money from the bank. With his savings and money borrowed from the bank, he gradually transformed his shop and restaurant. Changed all the furniture in his shop. He also recruited 15 new and existing employees. There are 6 artisans in his shop. They prepare different types of food. Now his shop offers paratha, roti, sweets, rasmalai, rice, beef, chicken, vegetarian, dates, bread, tea, coffee etc. By this all kinds of people started visiting this hotel and restaurant. Moreover, at that time his shop was the only means of supplying food for which his shop became known to everyone in a short time. He now runs a large store from that small shop. In his shop, he sells food items up to Tk 2000-25000 daily. By doing this, he gives money to the employees and his daily income is 3000-4000 taka. By doing this, he earns 9000-120000 taka per month from the shop. By running this shop, he improved his family life. Now he is a successful entrepreneur.

I have tried to summarize the food items that were prepared in these pictures.

Barfi and Sandesh:

Barfi and sandesh are made by the artisans of his shop. Its artisans produce food in a clean manner. This food product is not made with any kind of adulterant. And these barfi and sandesh are made for 5 days. Expiration is never acceptable.They sell barfi at 300 taka and sandesh at 400 taka per kg.

White and black jam sweets:

These sweets are made by 3 experienced artisans of his shop. They prepare these sweets by mixing milk powder, sugar and flour in such a way that they melt in the mouth. Very tasty to eat. The sweets in his shop are prepared as a 4 day period.Sweet white and black jam sold at Tk 250 per kg.

Khurme:

Khurme are made by an artisan. These khurme are prepared with flour and sugar. These dates are a bit hard in nature but very tasty to eat. It is made over a period of 2 days.Khurme sold 120 taka per kg.
