Last week it was really cool to have people drop tunes under my Music Monday post and I can definitely see why @perceptualflaws and @metametheus do it. I'm forcing myself to do it every week, not least because I get to listen to music all day and that just soothes my soul and tickles my brain (check @zen-art's post on neuroscience and music last week, it was awesome).

Thanks to all those entered - @quochuy, @skramatters, @karinxxl, @digitaldan, @phillyc, @calisay, @vincentnijman and @iamevilradio. It was a really hard pick for me and I nearly put your names in a hat because I liked all your songs! The then I thought - GROW A SPINE, RIVER! MAKE A DECISION! HAVE A BACKBONE! - lol, I'm an idiot.

So I'm going for @iamevilradio because he's got a cool user name AND I'd never heard of this darkwave band despite them being quite iconic I think - shades of Depeche Mode and Echo and the Bunnymen. Not sure I'd listen to them again, but I learnt something to store away in the music part of my brain, so that's cool - here's the 1SBI as promised!!

I'm going for Cable Ties this week - just one song as I'm just flat chat busy. This song has been stuck in my head. They're from Melbourne and are SO Melbourne. Love them. Beat Magazine have the words I don't have today:
