金融信息链---传统金融行业的颠覆者？ 下 FinChain: The next disruptive technology for financial markets?

下午的时候，我来到了深圳南山区的大冲商务区，参加了金融链（FinChain）项目的路演会议。
In the afternoon, we went to Da Chong Business Center in Nanshan District, Shenzhen to attend a FinChain roadshow.

来自上海的Frank Wen(文四云)和他的团队伙伴，讲解了这个项目的情况，内容涉及从项目简介，技术特点，应用场景，团队和投资人，一直到项目具体的ICO计划。
Frank Wen (文四云) and his team from Shanghai introduced FinChain’s project outline, its unique technological structure, pratical applications, the team and investors behind it, as well as their plan of launching an ICO.

在案例分析中，Frank给我们举例讲了金融行业里的一些痛点和问题，案例从今年某银行萝卜章事件、某券商造假事件等，无一不是因为缺少可信的数字身份、缺乏大额的价值传输中介、缺乏各种监督的考虑和对接等弊端问题，而这些问题，通过金融信息链，都是可以得到很好的解决和完善。

In his presentation, Frank raised a few issues of our current financial industry. Such as the the “carrot stamp” (mocking some low-cost fake stamps used for official documents) cases and investment banking fraud, etc. which were mostly caused by the lack of credible digital verification, a medium for large-value transaction and regulatory requirements, as well as other financial linkage problems which all could potentially be solved or improved by FinChain.

另外，从讲解中我们也了解到，金融链项目团队对于自己项目采用的技术和改进，还是颇为有信心。这里给大家可以先透漏下。
We have also learned that the FinChain team is quite confident in their project technology and advancement, which are:

1、独创的主控交易和自控交易(满足企业商用需求)
增加了确认流程，在转账前引入审核确认机制。当然，对于熟练的老手，完全可以不必采用此操作。
Unique master-control and independent-control exchange (To meet corporal commercial demands.) Increased verification process before making a transaction. Though this is unnecessary for seasoned users.

2、原生支持闪电网络
高效解决隐私问题
Native support of the Lightning Network (effectively solves privacy issues.)

3、引入全新的状态证明算法
实现商业应用的无限容量和接近零成本的交易费
Adopts a new proof-of-work algorithm, in order to handle unlimited trading volume in commercial applications, this also reduces transaction fees close to zero.

4、改进DPOS机制(让投票更加合理)
会后同Frank沟通时得知，金融链会设定为持有币的才有投票权，这点不同先前BTS等，而且初步打算设定为10000币起。当然，前期考虑到为鼓励更多用户参与，门槛很有可能会降低，并分阶段调整。
Improved DPOS model (A better consensus protocol for stakeholder approval voting.) Discussing with Frank after the presentation, I also learned that unlike Bitshares, FinChain is designed to allow only its stakeholders to have voting rights, and they plan to release 10,000 coins in the first round. To encourage more participants, the entry price will be relatively low, and then they will adjust it accordingly as the development continues.

5、改进石墨烯引擎(秒级确认和强大的交易承载)

Improved Graphene toolkit (Confirms and supports more transactions every second.) Reduces memory consumption significantly.

6、独创多层签名(让普通用户告别管理私钥难度)
相信对于大多数普通用户来说，私钥的管理一直是大家头痛的问题。而一旦私钥丢失或忘记，对于用户来说这就是场灾难，而且还几乎不可能恢复。对于这点，金融信息链的团队们，提出了将私钥分割成长短两部分，并将短的那部分根据一定规则生成一定长度的类似密码，而普通用户以后就可以根据持有的这个密码来登录使用，效果同高级用户使用私钥来管理账户是完全没有区别的。
Unique multi-layer signature (Solves the users’ issues in managing their private keys.) It is a major inconvenience to manage one’s private keys. Once the private is lost/forgotten, it’s a devastating disaster because most likely it’s unrecoverable. To tackle this, FinChain team proposes to divide a private key in 2 components, one long and the other short. The shorter component will generate into a password accordingly for common users to login. It works the same as the private keys of those higher-level users.

7、原生高级多签账户(更安全、灵活、方便)
这部分主要是给企业级用户使用。好的项目，一定离不开企业的大力支持，尤其是金融这个行业。
Native high-level multi-signature accounts (Safer, more flexible and convenient) This is applicable to corporate accounts. A good project always needs corporate support, especially in the financial industry.
