Soto Ayam Kuah Kuning
Ingredients
500 grams of chicken pieces
3 pieces of orange leaf
1 stem of lemongrass
1 orange juice
1500 ml of water
to taste salt
ground spices :
3 candlenuts
1 tsp coriander
6 cloves of red onion
4 cloves garlic
3 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger
to taste sugar
supplementary material :
according to taste vermicelli / vermicelli
according to the taste of emping melinjo
1/4 cabbage
1 btg of celery
1 handful of bean sprouts
according to the taste of fried shallots
2 boiled eggs
2 pieces of fries
according to taste sambal
according to the taste of soy sauce (if liked)
1 orange juice
1 fresh red tomato
Step
Rinse chicken then sprinkle with lime juice. Boil water add orange leaves, lemongrass, sugar and salt to taste. If already boil enter the chicken until the chicken is tender.
Blend the spices, then stir-fry and add to the sauce. Take the chicken and suwir-suwir and re-enter.
Soak vermicelli / vermicelli with boiling water then drain. Slices of cabbage, tomatoes, celery and bean sprouts.
Fried potatoes, boiled peeled eggs and split in two. For chili sauce and 1 clove garlic on boiled then puree.
Suggested presentation: in the bowl put a little vermicelli / vermicelli add cabbage, bean sprouts, peeled celery. Flush with sauce and love some chicken suwir. Sprinkle fried onions add french fries, tomatoes, egg chips, chili sauce and lime juice. Good luck.
