Strategies are fundamental for a business, I think that without them it would be very difficult to manage a company for example, we must always have a plan, something that guides us in what we want to achieve, what would be the next step, all this with the intention that things do not get out of control and we can achieve the objectives, daily, weekly or monthly. It is important the organization and control in the management of the company as well as in the behavior of the employees, all must work for the same end, otherwise it is probable that the company has its unevenness.
Thank you for your support my friend!
A proper strategy can lead to a proper plan for an effective success of a business. You have mentioned them all. Those 4 and 5 should be valued more because I think they plan a more larger role
This is really useful information! I regret that my parents didn't have this knowledge when they created their business. They learned from their own mistakes and lost a lot of money. When I was little, I often saw my father take this stress hard. Then I decided that when I become an adult, I'll do everything right. 10 months ago, I was looking for a place where they would give me the necessary knowledge. A friend of mine advised me to try one non-standard teaching method. This is how I learned that many organizations and multinationals corporation use this simulation teaching method. I got into a very realistic virtual environment where I was able to practice the necessary skills. It was the coolest experience of my life.
