A great love unexpressed

As what I have read on Artidote: "Grief is love unexpressed. And that there is never any closure when it comes to grief. moving on is a myth and the best thing to do is move forward while holding space and being patient with oneself."- I was thinking of those people whom hold grudges about the person whom they made memories together but I can't blame them also because of the memories can be also that bad to remain and that's maybe the reason why they hold grudges. And yeah that was just my thought for that line why do people hold grudges. Thank you for today. <3
