Hello friends, I hope you are all well. I am also well because of the infinite mercy of God. Once again, I come to you to participate in this amazing topic of the fifth week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge. Through today's challenge, I will share with you about Climate changes in the world.
Do you think that global warming is influencing the frequency with which natural phenomena are occurring?
As the days are passing, various issues are coming up in front of people regarding the disaster of global warming. I read about global warming for the first time in a science book when I was in school. It is gradually affecting our natural phenomena with dire consequences. Due to various human activities, the amount of carbon dioxide in the air is increasing day by day, which is leading our world to disaster.
As the sun's rays are trapped on the earth's surface like greenhouses, the temperature gradually increases and the weather changes. Due to this, the average temperature of the Earth's surface is currently increasing and we are already seeing a wide variation in the climate. The frequency of different types of natural disasters is appearing more than before. So I think global warming is influencing the frequency of natural phenomena that occur.
Has your country been affected by global warming? Can you give us an example of how it affects the country and you.

Yes, our country has been affected by global warming. Our climate has changed a lot in the last few years. The amount of rainfall has decreased, and drought has occurred, which is damaging the fertility of cropland to a great extent. Crops require a lot of water, but if there is not enough rainfall, the crop production is disturbed, and the farmers have to face a lot of losses. At the same time, not enough crops are produced, due to which we have to import most of our food from abroad, which adversely affects the economy. Apart from that, the normal temperature in our country is increasing day by day, and record temperatures are being seen every year.
How do natural phenomena affect the economy and infrastructure of your country?
Various natural phenomena occur in our country every year which adversely affect our economy and cause extensive damage to infrastructure. Earthquakes occur frequently and when large earthquakes occur, large buildings collapse and cause extensive damage. When a big cyclone occurs, people's houses are destroyed, electricity poles fall, educational institutions are closed for an indefinite period.
Flood is one of the natural phenomena of our country. As we are a riverine country, floods occur due to heavy rainfall during the monsoon season, which causes extensive damage to people's homes, livestock and crops. Our government often has to provide incentives for these natural occurrences and always have to do pre-preparatory development work due to which our economy is adversely affected.
"If" it were the end of the world and they choose you to go to another planet, what would you take or who would you take, explain your decision?

If it were the end of the world and I have to move to another planet, I will take some saplings from the earth. Because no matter what planet we go to, we cannot survive without trees. It keeps us alive with oxygen and food.
It is not known whether there will be any alternative to trees for people to live there, but if I can plant trees there, then I can take all the benefits of it. And trees on Earth will never be found on other planets, so I'll take this one thing with me.

I think this topic is very good because global warming does affect natural phenomena. It is very sad that countries are affected by global warming, as is happening in your country which is experiencing drought and this is bringing serious damage to crops and the economy.
Other things such as earthquakes and hurricanes are indeed very powerful and cause a lot of damage to mankind. It would be interesting if we thought about bringing tree seedlings to other planets because they provide usable oxygen. Thanks for sharing with us.

Muchas gracias por compartirnos tu visión sobr este tema, es muy importante saber lo que de otros lados del mundo piensan al respecto. Y si, creo que estamos de acuerdo en que cada vez los desastres naturales son peores y adicionalemente más frecuentes, lo cual es lamentable, porque a pesar de ello, no se está haciendo lo suficiente para detener el avance d eesto que sabemos no está bien.
Y claro, afecta en lo económico, en lo social, en lo personal, en todos los aspectos que analicemos vereemos una influencia directa del cambio climático en nuestras vidas. Esperemos que esto no empeore, porque si duda alguna que podríamos llegar a un punto de no retorno. Que tengas una buena semana.

Es innegable que el mundo esta sufriendo cambios cada vez más notables, cada vez más acelera, el aumento de la temperatura esta causando estragos en todo el planeta tierra, es eso un realidad palpable, la vemos todos los días y ahora la estamos sintiendo muchos más.

I am confident that every country in the world is dealing with this critical issue, including my own, Sri Lanka. I don't like working inside the house, so I try to live outside in a shady spot. All of this is due to environmental pollution. People are to blame for all of these issues, and nature has punished them for their illegal behavior.
