Good news!

Starting on 29 August 2016, the provisional forgiveness is wide to include people who are married with permanent residents and also to those who have a father who is a permanent resident. In addition, the people who have the final deportation orders will be eligible to ask for the forgiveness of the deportation I-212 in the United States, and if the forgiveness I-212 is approved after they may apply for forgiveness. The people who have returned to the United States after a deportation order will not be eligible to ask for forgiveness I-212 in the United States.
