How are you all? Hope you all are well. I'm fine too. I am here again with another post of my recipe. Today I will share with you a delicious recipe. Let's start-
Fish Vona Recipe with Potato and Gourd.
Materials - Quantity
- Potatoes – as required.
- Gourd- one pitch
- Fish - four pitches.
- Turmeric powder- one teaspoon.
- Dhaniya powder- one teaspoon.
- Chilli powder- like quantity.
- Salt-like quantity.
- Oil - like quantity.
- onion
- garlic
Step-1.
First I cut the potatoes and gourds to size. Then I cut small onions and garlic and put them in a bowl.
Step-2.
Now wash the fishes and rub them with turmeric and salt.
Step-3.
Now put a pan on the stove and put oil in it. When the oil was hot, I fried the fish well in the hot oil and kept it in a bowl.
Step-4.
Now add oil to the pan and stir for some time with masala. Then I gave the chopped vegetables.
Step-5.
After some time, the fish should be given. Heat until done. The broth should be completely dry. Then put it down. The broth should be kept in such a way that the potato, gourd and fish stick to the broth.
