Controlling Emotions
One of the most important things to remember, to control emotions is not easy. Emotional control is influenced by the personality, habits and ambitions of a person, and also influenced by his ability to link these three aspects in various living conditions.
Expressing emotions openly and calmly will help you to feel better, otherwise it is also healthier. Do not focus on the person's behavior or situations that make you feel emotionally because this only makes you overreact and feel uncomfortable.

Some people from certain cultures are sometimes very open in expressing their emotions, while other cultures teach that emotions should be kept inside without being expressed at all. Different cultures also influence in conveying when, how and to whom emotions should be expressed.
