Kali ini saya ingin memberikan informasi kuliner atau makanan yang paling terkenal di aceh yaitu mie aceh. Mie Aceh adalah salah satu makanan yang paling favorit di aceh. Malam ini kami makan mie aceh di pusat kota sigli. Tepatnya di Warung Mie cek Baha.

Mie aceh adalah salah satu mie yang dibuat secara khusus hanya di aceh dan oleh orang aceh sendiri. Mie tersebut memang dibuat dari tepung namun cara membuat dan resepnya adalah sangat khas milik orang aceh sehingga dimanapun dijual mie aceh, pasti mereka sendiri yang membuat mie tersebut kemudian mereka menjualnya kepada masyarakat umum.

Keistimewaan ini tidak didapat dari pada mir jenis lain. Cara memasaknya juga punya resep sendiri yaitu dibuat misalnya tumis , goreng basah ataupun ditambahkan udang ataupun kepiting juga ditambahkan telur supaya membuat rasanya lebih sedap.

Ha lain yang membuat mie aceh khas adalah para penjual mie aceh biasanya adalah orang aceh sendiri yang menjadi pengusaha atau pemiliknya. Walaupun itu dijual di luar negeri pasti yang membuatnya adalah orang aceh sendiri apalagi di indonesia misalnya dijual di jakarta atau di jawa itu pasti yang membuatnya adalah orang aceh sendiri.

Jadi kepada siapa saja sahabat Steemit yang ingin mencicipi kuliner paling khas di aceh ini maka boleh saja mencari kuliner ini dengan nama mie aceh di mana saja apakah di luar negeri ataupun di aceh ataupun di indonesia dengan nama khusus yaitu mie Aceh, pasti itu berasal dari Aceh.
