My 2018 : A tour around my town : Survival city after tsunami

Hi Steemians!! This is my Entry to @anomadsoul contest..

In this post. I will introduce Meulaboh city, which is in West Aceh,Indonesia

This city is a testament to the real event of a devastating disaster that was in 2004, which was the worst disaster of the 20th century called Tsunami. Cause a large causalities, the disaster itself makes a great trauma for the people of Meulaboh.

And this is a list of tsunami victims in one of the district in the Meulaboh area

But it was all dark ages that have passed 13 years ago, and now the city of meulaboh has awaken and become much better. The destroyed city is now back alive again.

These are photographs of meulaboh city and the people who have started their normal activities

In the middle city of Meulaboh, there is a huge and magnificent mosque, this mosque is also as one of the tourist destination for the outsiders who visited meulaboh city, every tourist who comes to meulaboh city will definitely come to this mosque,and the name of the mosque is the Great Mosque Baitul Makmur

There is also a very beautiful beachin the city, the Ujung Larang Beach and Batu Putih (white stone) beach, eventhought his appearance was not as beautiful as before the Tsunami disaster came, but this beach can also present a stunning view

One of the culinary in meulboh city is kupi Khop, the unique kupi khop is served with a glass upside down which is placed on top of small plate. And this how it looks like

The taste of this coffee is no doubt, which will make anyone who tastes it will drink it again and again. :))

During the night, the people ,especially for adults always relax by enjoying coffee, it is a culture that has been attached and become a regular habit for the society.
