Details :

step 1 :

First I went inside the apps. Then select a brush from the brush tools. Then I started drawing.

step 2 :

Next I drew the Joker's devil face. And drew a bit into the hat.

Then I painted the entire Joker's face yellow.

Then I put red color on the eyes and in the nose. And on the lips I put red color.

Then I made the blue color in the eyes black. This makes the eyes look very beautiful.

Next I colored the bottom of the hat red. And I made blue color in the empty space above. And I made red color in the flower.

Then I added blue to the empty space on either side of the Joker's face.

Then I painted in the leaf-like space on both sides with a thin layer of blue color. After that I painted around the hat with blue color. And I made the background pencil color. Hope you like today's art.
