Details :

step 1 :

First I went inside the apps. Then select a brush from the brush tools. Then I started drawing. Then I drew a large brush. And inside the circle I drew two eyes on both sides.

Next I drew a big face. And took some teeth and a tongue inside the mouth.

Then I drew a very nice hat on the inside. And designed something in the hat.

Then I colored teal and blue in the upper part of the hat. And made blue color under the cap.

Then I used tea color inside the tea color spots. And among the rest of the parts blue color was auctioned.

Next I colored green and black in the eyes. And black color inside the mouth. Light pink color in the lips.
