Hello the Steemians, we often see a tree that stands firmly, but there are growing plants on it, either in Tree trunk, Tree branch or in Roots or tree base. People used to call it the Benalu. The Benalu plant is a mandatory parasite plant that lives and breeds on tree trunks, branches and places of other plants. Parasites can be found easily on large trees in the tropics. Benalu absorbs the juice from the host tree so it is very harmful to the plant that became its host, and if allowed parasites can multiply and can cause plants that become host can be thin and eventually dry and the plant can be dead.
That causes the spread of this plant to occur, usually assisted by birds. for example when birds eat fruit or seeds and then excrete them on the tree's branches or branches, and the seeds are left in the trunk or branch of a tree and attached to the tree branch. then the seed or fruit that has been excreted will further germinate and young parasites will begin to grow and multiply in the tree. as you can see on my photo.
Finished my writing, may be useful for those of you who see and who visit my blog. Thanks.
