Daddy Daughter Day

~ 06.34 am ~

Not what I wanted this morning, an early wake up call from Evie. I am really feeling under the weather this morning which is typical when I've got a day to have fun with Evie.

Sophie is working from 11 today so I said she could stay in bed a little longer whilst I take Evie down for breakfast. Whilst I'm sorting Wvie out I am feeling disgusting and feel like I could be sick at any poInt, so Soph decides she will get up so I can go get another couple of hours asleep to see if that will help.

~ 10.04 am ~

I have just woke up against from another couple of hours and too be honest feel a little bit better. Still bunged up in the head and got a headache but I think I can cope with that. I think the plan today is to take Evie swimming and then go round to my nan and Grandads for dinner this evening.

It's typical that as I go downstairs, Evie has just gone to sleep so I think swimming will go ahead this afternoon for a little while. I think a nice walk down in the fresh air will do me good too.

I also didn't realise I was a human climbing frame!

~ 12.25 pm ~

We have had out lunch and now it's time to walk down to the swimming pool for a little swim. We are meeting my nan and grandad and my mum @shazza, which will be nice. Will also be a little help in sorting Evie out when we get out so she doesn't get too cold.

I have just got out with Evie and she loves her swim. Splashing and kicking her legs, I think we have found a new little elite swimmer in the making. Hopefully it has tires her out so she has a little nap cause I also fancy a small sleep myself.

Currently walking home and it is a nice walk to be fair. The weather is not too cold today, just feels winter and festive.

~ 14.45 ~

So Evie has not been to sleep yet but she's so close and so am I! She needs a nap because she is very tired from swimming. A small nap then off to my nan and Grandads for dinner as they have invited us round.

YES, she's asleep, now time for me to drift off for a bit.

~ 16.32 pm ~

Just got to my nan and Grandads and @slayerkm is also round for dinner. I say he's round, he lives there so I should say he's in. I do believe that Kayleigh is round too which no doubt Evie will be excited to see her.

So my nan is giving Evie her dinner whilst me and @slayerkm talk youtube and blogs. Evie is stinking of fish as she is eating salmon and veg. Kayleigh is due to arrive about 18.00 sonin ahout 30 minutes from now.

So whilst looking through social media, I came across this which I found hilarious!

But also if you look at that upside down, it looks like a diver diving of a diving board doing the tuck! Changed everything that has.

Just waiting for dinner and I am starving and I just remembered I haven't told you one of my weird things about me. I only wear odd socks and if I wear matching socks, it makes me feel a little bit funny.

~ 18.25 pm ~

Dinner is served and boy am I hungry. I'm feeling a little better now so I have my appetite back and curry is on the plate tonight.

Food was decent and just had mint chocolate vienetta which was yum! Time to get Evie sorted and head home as Sophie will be home shortly.

~ 20.31 pm ~

Evie is in bed and we are just chilling on the sofa and tonight's the choice a MKR (My Kitchen Rules). It's basically an amateur cooking show competition and Sophie loves them and I don't mind watching them. I think we will watch this then move on to I'm a Celeb.

I am going to end tonight's blog here as I'll probably fall asleep whilst watching tv.
