Neon in Downtown Changzhou
Most of my Chinese friends do not believe "light pollution" exists. "We want our city to look pretty. Is that such a bad thing?" So, downtown Changzhou looks like a lot of other Chinese cities at night -- a lot of colorful lights. The "downtown" is comprised mainly of two roads Nandajie / Beidajie and Lanling Road.
More lights then Las Vagas I say.
