 We have been seeing a profound change in the behavior of police departments around the country in the last decade. Protect and Serve has been replaced by a profound increase in violence against citizens, many of which have done nothing more than question why they have been targeted. Anyone that follows the Free Thought Project will know what I'm talking about. I'm not saying that there aren't still good cops out there, but many are retiring and being replaced by psychopaths with a Gestapo mentality... the question is why? I started doing some digging and the results of my findings is troubling at best. 

  It all sounds so reassuring and reasonable! Acting for the Obama administration, the nation’s attorney general has placed the United States into an international grouping of cities whose advertised purpose involves combating violent extremism. Some of the cities in the new group will even be in other countries where terrorism has occurred or is surely a threat. All of the members of this new group will share their experiences and planning. Everyone should be most grateful that the Strong Cities Network (SCN) has been created.  

 Like most totalitarian projects, the Strong Cities Network (SCN) has been given a benign sounding title and like the Safe Families Act of 1997 it is the polar opposite of what the name implies. The SCN effectively transfers responsibility for policing over to the UN.  But a closer look at this network reveals some problems. The first is that U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch decided to announce U.S. participation in the SCN at the United Nations. Then, in her speech before the world body last September, Lynch noted that SCN would have an International Steering Committee and an International Advisory Board “run by the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, a leading international think-and-do tank” based in London, whose members include veterans of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission.  

 Instead of the localized law enforcement many of us grew up with- the good old "cop on the beat"- police forces around the country have become militarized and so have their rules of engagement. The SCN is the brainchild of the UN's Institute for Strategic Dialog (ISD)... a globalist/leftist think tank specializing in identifying threats- mostly threats to the globalist agenda. "She (Atty Gen. Loretta Lynch) said the Strong Cities Network is a plan for cities to join hands with others around the world to assure “extremism” is kept in check." Lynch's idea if "extremism" varies greatly from what most of us regard as extremist such as the threat of Islamic terrorism, the ISD identifies the threat as:   “Far Right Extremism. In fact, the ISD actually thinks “Far Right Extremism” is actually a threat to Islam!" 

 As a reward for their complicity the federal government, who has been in bed with the UN since day-one, has rewarded police departments around the country with surplus military equipment. Boiled down to its essence, the SCN is actually a new law-enforcement body whose laws will govern participating cities, including New York, Atlanta, Denver, and Minneapolis, that have already signed on as members. Law-enforcement measures for these cities will dovetail with or emanate from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue and the United Nations, not from the U.S. Constitution and locally elected officials and the laws governing them.  Other departments not officially signed on have been emulating the behavior of those that have and have been rewarded with equipment... their behavior mirrors that of the member cities almost without exception. 

  The Strong Cities Network, therefore, should be known as a nascent global police force controlled by the United Nations. Where central or global authority doesn’t govern police power, it is controlled locally. When it is controlled by a national or international governing body, as it was in the hands of Germany’s Gestapo, the Soviet Union’s KGB, or the ruling body in a communist-led country, tyranny reigns. In the United States, attacks against the very concept of local control over police power have been varied, with campaigns regularly complaining about treatment of rioters and protesters. This style of lawlessness customarily includes calls for replacing local control with state or even national oversight.  

 And herein lies the rub- law enforcement agencies around the country now feel as though they are now above the law and also the Constitution. The UN regards their treaties and charters as being above our Constitution and many police departments are going along. 

  "The ISD, and now Attorney General Lynch (representing the government of the United States) are “alarmed” about Conservative opposition to illegal immigration and our opposition to the nation being flooded with radical Islamists." To this we can add the holdovers from the Obama administration that still comprise much of the Department of Justice in Washington DC. They call that “Far Right Extremism” and a ”threat to world peace.” Do you oppose illegal immigration? Do you oppose the invasion of radical Islam into our country? Do you oppose the enforcement of Sharia Law in the United States? Then you are a direct target of the Strong Cities Network. 

 To this we can now, thanks to the SCN, add your local police department who will be in danger of losing federal funds if they don't go along with this ludicrous plan. The Constitutional Party characterizes the SCN as:  Whereas, the Strong Cities Network (SCN) is run by the Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD), a London-based ‘think-and-do’ tank with a long-standing track record of working to prevent violent extremism across all forms.” That is to say, the SCN is a front group for the ISD, which is yet another NGO run by a fourteen-member Board of Trustees all of whom are directly connected to the global oligarchy, and,  Whereas, the Strong Cities Network (SCN) is run by the Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD), a London-based ‘think-and-do’ tank with a long-standing track record of working to prevent violent extremism across all forms.” That is to say, the SCN is a front group for the ISD, which is yet another NGO run by a fourteen-member Board of Trustees all of whom are directly connected to the global oligarchy... 

 Well, there it is... the SCN has separated law enforcement from being localized and tied it to a UN enforced mandate. This explains the rash of police violence throughout the US... they are simply no longer governed by the Constitution (they swore to uphold) or other laws that the rest of us are subject to. The police are now governed by UN mandates and to ensure their success as the older members of the forces retire, they are being replaced by people whose allegiance is the UN and not the United States of America or the people thereof. As usual we have the globalist puppet Barack Hussein Obama and the traitors in Congress for throwing the country under the bus. The intelligence community has already been overrun by globalists and now they have local law enforcement backing them up.
