SBD vs Steem

Hello friends,
Well i have been looking into steem for a while alongside some other crypto currencies in a while.
Steem blockchain has this very flexible ability. You can send money (coin) to anyone using just their username. Has a memo to tell what you are paying for. Thats awesome.
According to some analyst (so to say) like @gold84 @Stephenkendal @cryptocurator steem has been growing really good. And in the #steemfair it has been predicted to hit $17 in few months. What got me bothered is no one is talking about steem dollar (SBD) that much.
A made a comment in one of @steembusiness post and his reply got my attention.
That is what brought about this post.
I hope this get some attention to help confirm some stuffs.
@steembusiness stated in one of his comments that SBD might drop to $1 which is really hurt to hear.
Then i realised we only have #promo_steem as a tag. Well i dont know if the steem there stands for the entire steem blockchain or steem as a coin.
I will also show here short price history of both coins.
Lets start with the foin details.

Lots of changes right?
Now let's look intothe price.

They are both really similar, so i still dont understand why @steembusiness thinks sbd might drop to $1 while steem possibly hit $17.
Well i hope to get some clarifications.
Besides i have been thinking of a good way to use the steem blockchain, got an idea and i still need to clean it up and know how it can work, i hope members of the #esteem @esteem #esteemapp @esteemapp will be there to help.

I've been away for past 3 weeks (short holiday) and finally im back :) Loads of catching up is awaiting me now.
I checked your profile and im glad to see that you're still very active on steemit.
Why would it bother you that SBD is predicted to be that low? Using bots would be probably not wise any more (it would always cause heavy losses). But apart of that ... does sbd have any usability at all?
