From this it follows that the most significant role of the teacher is to sow and we will see these fruits throughout life who will be in charge of giving the best harvest in a generation that knows how to take advantage of a good sowing.
That is why for those of us in the world of education we know from professional and ethical training that permanent training is an intrinsic task at our service and vocation, which must be combined to give the best seed.
The law of sowing and reaping is universal and it states that you reap what you sow, you reap more than you sow and you reap after you sow. It is a Christian law written in the Bible that what you sow is what you are going to reap and although many people do not reflect on it in order to balance their attitudes towards life, I believe it is important that we can look at this reflection today so that you can understand the importance and the value of a dedicated teacher fostered professionally and with a vocation for service as a teacher is a true sower for large crops and you will realize that everything in life begins with a good teacher.
A great example of the teaching work and its sowing can be seen in the midst of the difficulties with the changes that the covid19 pandemic has forced and is forcing , which has deeply touched education and specifically those dedicated teachers willing to plant anyone who whatever the situation because we all know that we are facing a difficult moment of educational emergency, but those of us who know how to sow also know that it is an opportunity for renewal and reaping fruits because we are facing a change in progress of updating to maintain our emotional balance to be able to give the best because we know that all good fruit comes from a good teacher
It is important to note that in these circumstances it is demanding from us as teachers that despite our fears and anxieties as humans that we are, we give our best and bring out our greatest vocation and our best fruits, that is to say that we sow our greatest experience, our greatest sowing and that is this is what a vocation teacher really does, where his vision is to sow before all expectations
In this sense, I want to emphasize that every good fruit harvested always comes from a good teacher because it really is the committed teacher who guides, forms and reinforces incredible values.
Although teaching is a job that bears its fruits late, it is important to know that these fruits will give a very significant harvest in their students, the teacher must have an innate confidence in the sense of transcendence of their work, because only with time will education become makes evident; but when it does, above many things, it is noticed.
A good teacher is enthusiastic and dedicated and that makes him different and creative for a good planting.
