FEEDBACK TO STUDENTS IN TIME OF PANDEMIC

In my country, Venezuela, the 2020-2021 school year began on 09/16/20 for all personnel working in the schools, services of the different levels and modalities of general, technical and adult secondary education under very adverse circumstances not only because of the pandemic but because of all the crisis restrictions that have become more acute.

However, on 10/01/2020, the academic activities began with the students under the distance attention strategy, implementing the pedagogical plan "each family one school" , a plan that arises motivated by the pandemic that is going through the world, due to covid-19.

In this sense, and under these circumstances, teachers will start the school year where we must plan according to the theoretical references, thematic axes and the activities must be carried out according to the reality of their territory or educational context.

Under these circumstances, teachers, in agreement with students, parents and representatives, will once be assuming our role to facilitate feedback in distance students, which is our main objective in this time of confinement.

Student feedback is a very important part of the educational process And as always, the teachers make our best effort to carry out the tools and procedures that are consistent to give information to the students which is the factor that makes the difference to reach the expected learning Through computers television programs addressing theoretical and practical

This will take place through thematic references, for this the teacher must send by mail, whasapp, set the activities in the schools so that the representatives can copy it in addition to following the programming scheduled by TV radio facebook among others where children due to lack of tools or resources cannot reach

In this perspective and within this order, feedback from students is the most significant part of this distance process that presents some limitations in some students who do not have access to some of these tools but in agreement with parents and representatives we will look for all the tools necessary to achieve feedback in the students on a regular basis as we will look for alternatives and proposals in order to give all the information in an objective, clear and precise way about their learning in order to help them improve through metacognition.

In this sense, metacognition, according to the most knowledgeable authors, refers to the action and effect of reasoning on one's own reasoning or, in other words, of developing awareness and control over the thinking and learning processes, which will lead to students to reflect on each of the steps that led to a given situation.

It is not difficult to provide feedback on the learning of students at a distance or in times of pandemic because the essential objective of the teacher is to stimulate and explore new paths and pose new challenges in their students in order to achieve academic performance in addition to promoting self-regulation motivation Self-responsibility and self-efficacy where they will also direct their own learning.

Every good teacher must be an expert in inducing and fostering feedback in their students by any means of information and allowing a positive effect on learning, which is the reference point for all evaluation to reach or achieve the precise goals.
