How to Generate Positive Emotions in Your Day to Day Life

One of the biggest things that a person can learn to do in life is to be able to generate positive emotions. You need to be able to get others to feel good about themselves in order for you to have any chance at happiness and fulfillment in life. Here are some ways that you can use in order to generate positive emotions in your life.


The first thing that you need to know is that you can't force someone else to do something. If they don't want to do it, then they aren't going to be willing to do it. You can't force them to like you, love you, trust you, or even get along with you. It just isn't going to happen. If you don't like doing it, then you aren't going to like receiving the results afterwards.

This is why you need to learn how to let go of the control of what you want. The more control you put into the situation the more control you give up of what you want. If you really want to get a promotion or build a better business opportunity, then you are going to have to be willing to do whatever it takes no matter what it looks like to do it. It is going to be hard. It is going to take a lot of effort but the end results are going to make it all worthwhile.

Another thing that you need to know is that you can't sit around being negative about the things that people don't want to hear. If you complain and don't offer encouragement, then they will label you as a whining person. People are going to run from you if they see that you are a Negative Person. Don't allow yourself to be labeled that. Being a Negative Person is not attractive to any women.

You can't use negativity to attract more negativity either. It just won't work. Instead, you are going to have to learn to say positive words to people so that they will think positive thoughts. This is the only way to get them to notice you instead of running the other way.

If you are having a hard time attracting positive attention to yourself because you just don't want to talk to anyone, then you need to learn how to do it differently. For example, instead of saying I don't want to be with this person, tell yourself what a great contribution you would make to this group. Make a list of all of the many reasons why you should be a part of the group and offer these reasons to everyone you meet.

You also want to let people know what kind of contribution you can offer them. Make sure that when you are talking to someone that you bring out the positive in them. For example, if you are a stay at home parent, you can talk to your child about all of the things that they can learn by having you stay home with them. This will make them want to be with you more because they will see that you are a good example for their future.


Now, there are times when you really can't bring out these emotions no matter how hard you try. At those times, it is important to step back and look at your life. What are the things that you are allowing negative emotions to get involved with? Are they causing you to have problems in your personal and professional life?
