Everything That Annoy You Is A Reflection

Everything that annoys you, a reflection of something in you. It is hard to escape this, and many find it very difficult to stay on the path they have created for themselves, towards their destiny. Every irritant reminds you of something that is out of balance. In this creation-destruction duality, everything that annoys you, also reflects something in you, of which you are guilty. This makes life very difficult and you might end up at a dead end.


Do you wonder why some situations are more irritating than others? Have you ever wondered how your personality gets to that point where irritation is your favorite emotion? What would happen if you could reverse the process? How would your life be different?

To take a long hard look at yourself, and learn what is in your past and future, is the first step towards changing your personality. By understanding yourself you will be able to control the future, and therefore, everything that happens to you. The mirror in your life, is the very same reflection of yourself that you see everyday.

Every day of your life, is nothing more than a mirror, reflecting back at you, who you are. What is your life doing? Why are you stuck where you are today? What is the meaning of all your suffering and hardship? What does your life have in store for you?

The answer to all these questions is you. You are the one that has created this mess, and your life is a reflection of the things you do, or the way you act. When you take action, the universe gives you what you ask for. So when you think, act and create negative thoughts, it reflects back on you in the same way, as you are a reflection of everything that annoys you. The mirror is always right there pointing at you.

The more you focus on and irritate everything that irritates you, the more your life becomes a reflection of what you do, or don't do. It becomes your reality. And your reality is always exactly what you want it to be. The more you attract to you, the more you attract into your life.

So the solution to everything that annoys you, is simple. Change your way of thinking. Stop looking at everything that annoys you, as a reflection of who you are. Instead, look at everything that you wish you had. And make sure you act on this thought before your very eyes.

Your very life is a reflection of the way you are feeling today. Are you happy? Do you wish you were happier? Do you have any desire to change anything about yourself? Only by looking at yourself, can you see how badly you need to change things about you.

So the solution to everything that annoys you, is to reflect upon all of the good things that are in your life right now. Think about all of the people, places, and events that you love. See how much you are grateful for them. How grateful you are to be alive. Begin to see that everything you have now, mirrors back onto your life, and you are grateful for it.

This will bring you closer to happiness, and as you begin to see more clearly, you will see that everything that annoys you, is also a part of a larger whole. Everything you did, as a child, grows into a part of who you are as an adult. And as you reflect on everything that you are grateful for, you will find that even more irritation starts to wash over you. But the feeling will subside, and you will begin to grow more comfortable with your irritation, until it no longer bothers you.

It is amazing how a simple phrase such as "Reflect on everything that annoys you," can change your entire outlook on life. When something starts to annoy you, take a second and reflect on all of the good that comes from it. If you can learn to love what you have, instead of focusing on the bad, then the negative energy that you were generating will start to fade away. Your whole outlook will begin to shift in a positive direction as your focus stops being consumed by the negative, and you begin to view your world in a positive way.


We are all constantly trying to prove to ourselves that we are on the right path. We want to believe in ourselves and value our intelligence, abilities, talents, strengths, and strengths. The one thing that you have to remember, is that when you start focusing on your negative self-doubt, all of the good that comes from being the "best," will be squandered. Reflection is the key to change, and once you learn to use reflection in your life, you will be amazed at how that changes the way that you experience life.
