Do Anything Worthwhile - Anything You Can Do

If anything worthwhile is worth doing, it must offer some reward. This doesn't mean a monetary one, though. It's more of an emotional reward. Any activity that offers some kind of emotional satisfaction is worth pursuing, even if the financial rewards don't quite make it into the top 10% of most people's lists.


I know what you are thinking--what if I don't have to work for these things? Don't I just quit and wait until my next payday? The first thought that probably comes to mind is, "what are you telling me, that if I work for it, then I won't need to wait until my next pay check?" But this isn't true.

The things that you do for yourself are infinitely superior to anything that someone else can do for you. If you want to be happy, successful, and healthy, then you are the person who has to do them. And no one else. The paychecks will come in, but they will be the icing on the cake, not the cake itself. The fruit will still be fresh and sweet.

I know what you're thinking now. How can I get my hands on something that will give me that advantage? There aren't any pills or potions that will do it for you. If anything, those "miracle" pills only temporarily increase your effectiveness, they don't actually correct anything. They also, in many cases, do absolutely nothing to correct the underlying causes of the problem.

So, I'm left with pills. That seems to defeat the purpose. The next best thing would be a course of action that addresses the problem directly. Something that teaches you how to put things right and gives you tools to prevent and repair problems permanently. Something that allows you to solve problems quickly, effectively, and cheaply.

Now, I'm not talking about the kinds of courses that rob you of your money with outrageous prices. What I am talking about are the programs that actually do what they say. They give you advice and resources to support and build on your current skills. They support you with information and resources so that you don't fall into the same mistakes again. So that you achieve success and growth on your own, without relying on anyone else.

There are many great programs out there, and I encourage you to take advantage of them. Look online for reviews and testimonials from people who have used the program you're considering. Make sure it is a step by step guide, that teaches you to apply proven concepts and techniques. Don't waste your time and money with a system that simply won't work. It's better to spend your time and money properly the first time, right?

You deserve to be successful. Any ideas or suggestions you may have about how to accomplish this task, I encourage you to shoot them up in the clouds and send them to me. I'll help you find the most effective ways to apply these ideas and concepts. So you'll have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Be careful not to get carried away in your enthusiasm. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Staying focused and motivated while moving toward your goal is important. Don't get caught up in the heat of the moment, or lose sight of the ultimate objective.

If you've never done something before, take baby steps. Trying something new once, however difficult, can be a lot of fun. Keep up with your progress, but don't push yourself too hard. The best way to learn is to do.

Remember this saying attributed to Benjamin Franklin: "A man's reach can fill his pocket." If you can imagine doing something really worthwhile with the tools and resources you already have available, then you've taken that first step. Anything worthwhile starts small, and expands as you grow and develop your skills and knowledge.


Start with what you love to do and see how you can make money doing it. Look at your resources. What resources do you possess that you could use to create a profitable business? Do some research, get educated, and ask others if they've got anything worthwhile to share. There's no better way to find out than by actually doing it. As Benjamin Franklin said, "Nothing can be accomplished more easily, and what's easier is what's worth doing."
