One of the greatest rock bands of all time. I havent heard this one in a while -these guys must have either been on something good or something really good...
I always say, the music made today cannot compare to the music in the 70's and 80's. Today, technology has made a lot of people music artist, that are no where near musical artist. back in the day the music came more from the soul.
Im always surprised at the quality of these recordings considering the technology was primitive (though some people pay a FORTUNE for it).. I personally think being a musician never gets easier.. You could write a hit song on a xylophone the same way as guitar or piano.. I personally feel that the level of commitment is no longer there for the musician as much as it is for the production team.. the guys who make terrible singers sound good are the real artists of this generation!
lol. yes this is very true. I never thought to look at it from that perspective. the production teams are the rock stars for this generateion. I guess that's why the Beat producers are becoming bigger stars then artist now a days.
