How you think and react to a particular situation can change the whole situation. You do not want to hurt anyone. But if someone is going to hurt you and you have to defend yourself. If you know and train what to do in a particular situation, it will help you protect yourself.

Welcome back to Self Defense Situation - What Do You Do? - Part 62. I'd like to thank everyone for your support and feedback. In this series of posts, we usually talk about different situations and what you can do to defend yourself and get back home safe.

When you see there is no way you can avoid the situation, and if you just keep quiet, it is going to end up pretty bad, you have no alternative except take action. You have to survive. No one has the right to hurt you.

Mounting can be dangerous. If the attacker is a guy and he has bad intentions, you can guess what could happen in this situation. No matter what, you do not want to end up on the ground.

If you are a girl and you find yourself on the ground where the guy is on top of you, you have to have the survival mindset. You have to get out of this situation. Now if the attacker holds both hands, it is difficult to move.

In this situation, bend your knees so that you can push the attack using your hips. When the guy tries to open your pants, he has to move his hand. This is the movement you can free your hand, use your hips to push and rollover. Now attack him and get out of there as soon as you can.
