Spinach stir fry recipe

Hope you all are well. Alhamdulillah I am good with your prayers. We all love to eat vegetables. So today I am here with a nutritious spinach recipe. Hope you like it.

Necessary Materials:

Spinach
5 onions.
10 green chillies.
Garlic 3
salt
Mustard oil.

So let's get started:

First I clean and wash the vegetables well.

Then I cut the green chillies and onion into small pieces and took three cloves of garlic.

Then I put the pan on the stove and wait until the pan heats up.

Then I put the kadai on the stove after waiting for some time when the kadai gets hot well then I add enough oil.

Then I added chopped green chillies, onion and garlic.

Stir well until onions and garlic turn brown.

After the masalas turn brown in color I add the chopped greens.

Then wait for some time until the vegetables are cooked.

Finally my recipe for today is ready now it's time to serve.
