Gisadong Monggo with Pork
Hello Steemians, I just want to share my food today. Gisadong Monggo with Pork. This dish is commonly serve in Visayan Region.
And here is the list of basic ingredients and the seasonings and spices.
#Monggo beans
#Pork 🍖 meat
#Ginger
#Spring onion
#Garlic
#Onion
#Tomato
#Salt
#Msg/vetsin
#Cooking oil
The Cooking Procedures:
1.First wash the monggo beans with fresh 💧water and pre-cook the monggo beans until it cook or smoothen.
:Here is the picture below.
- Wash the other spices and cut these into prescribe sizes. As you can see the pictures below.
Pork 🍖 meat
Garlic and onion
Ginger|tomato|spring onion
- Final cooking, heat the pan add 2 spoon of cooking oil, add the garlic followed by the onion and allow the garlic turned to golden brown then add the pork meat, stir for few minutes then add the water according to your need then allow it to boil for a few minutes until the meat will tender and add the pre-cooked monggo and boil it in 20 minutes then add the ginger, 🍅 tomato and spring onion.Add the seasonings such as salt and Vetsin, taste them according to your taste.
