Lucid Dream

Like many times before I have talked about when i was carcinogenic frozen by the UK government for near 10 years but any how when in this zombie like state i learned how to control my dreams and after looking this up I found out it was meant to be hard task to do but also I kept coming across word elusive dreaming!, below is little bit i copied from our infamous internet:

Some have suggested that the term is a misnomer because van Eeden was referring to a phenomenon more specific than a lucid dream. Van Eeden intended the term lucid to denote "having insight", as in the phrase a lucid interval applied to someone in temporary remission from a psychosis, rather than as a reference to the perceptual quality of the experience, which may or may not be clear and vivid.

I would like to know more but because not fact written on paper (PC), we all pass by with a joke but is this true, I would like to hear your experiences or your opinion, thanks ! >> over & out
