STARFRUIT LECI PUNCH

Ingredients:

• 2 star fruit, cut into pieces
• 1 can of canned lychees, drain, cut 4 pieces of fruit
• 300 ml of lychee water
• 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice
• 40 grams of sugar
• 350 grams of shaved ice
• 1/2 spoonful of basil, soak, drain

How to make

• Blend star fruit, lychee water, lemon juice, sugar and shaved ice until soft.

• Pour into a glass. Serve with lychee and basil pieces.
