Donut Tape
Ingredients A
- 500 gr high protein flour
- 100 grams of sugar
- 50 gr milk powder
- 11 gr fermipan
- 200 gr tape
- 4 kutles
- 150-200 ml water refrigerator (me: 200 ml)
Ingredients B
- 80 gr of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How to make
Mix ingredients A and knead until half-baked and then insert ingredients B and ulen until smooth. Then rest 40 minutes (2x dough) kempiskan and print. Let stand again 15 minutes. Then fry over low heat until cooked.
Tips by me:
- I ulen about 8-10 minutes just enter butter and salt and then ulen about 10 minutes
- do not ulen more than 20 minutes because it can wrinkle after being fried
- oil must be a lot when frying (donatnya afloat)
