CREAM CHEESE STUFFED BROWNIES
Ingredients :
- 125 gr DCC
- 100 gr butter
- 25 gr Cocoa powder
- 60 grams of flour
- 75 gr of sugar
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
Ingredients contents:
- 150 gr cream cheese
- 100 grams of refined sugar
- 75 gr butter
- A few drops of vanilla extract
How to make:
I use a 20x20 pan. Preheat the oven at 180 'C. Like making frosting, mix butter until soft then enter the cream cheese and mix until it gently expands. Slowly enter the refined sugar and vanilla extract, the whole mixture until it blends. Set aside.
Melt butter with DCC, set aside and leave at room temperature. Beat eggs and sugar until they blend together, then add flour, cocoa powder and salt. After fusing, enter the butter melt with DCC, stir it until it blends well.
Pour half of the brownie mixture into a baking dish, then pour the frosting mixture over the brownish mixture slowly, smooth. Then pour the remaining brownies over the frosting mixture. Bake for 30-45 minutes until cooked. Serve
