COFFEE CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients :
- 114 g of coffee + water mixture, brew.
- 114 g unsalted butter
- 35 g cocoa powder
- 125 g of sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 large size egg
- 60 g yogurt (regular / Greek)
Sift:
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 120 g of flour
How to make :
Mix coffee water, butter and cocoa powder, heat over low heat until liquid butter. Turn off the fire.
Put sugar, stir using wisk hand until it dissolves.
Enter the flour sieve, stir as needed until smooth. Set aside.
Another bowl mixed with yogurt, egg and vanilla essence stir using hand wipe. Put it in the previous mixture, mix well.
Pour in a baking sheet, bake in the oven at 170 °C which has been heated for 30-40 minutes or until cooked. Do a puncture test: the inside of the cake is not sticky (keep moist instead of dry). Ornaments to taste, the taste of this cake is best served with melted dark chocolate
