Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients :
- 1 pack of chocolate agar
- 2 egg yolks
- 100-150 gr dcc
- 2-3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate, dissolve with a little water
- 7 tablespoons of sugar (adjust to taste)
- 800 ml liquid milk (vanilla / chocolate flavor)
- 1 tsp vanilla pasta
How to make :
Mix all ingredients except eggs, mix well and cook over low heat while stirring.
Pour a little pudding mixture into a beaten egg while stirring quickly and then pour the egg back into the pudding mixture while stirring quickly until smooth and cook until boiling.
Pour into a baking dish, let the hot steam disappear and cool it in the refrigerator.
Serve cold
