Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients :

• 1 pack of chocolate agar
• 2 egg yolks
• 100-150 gr dcc
• 2-3 tablespoons of powdered chocolate, dissolve with a little water
• 7 tablespoons of sugar (adjust to taste)
• 800 ml liquid milk (vanilla / chocolate flavor)
• 1 tsp vanilla pasta

How to make :

• Mix all ingredients except eggs, mix well and cook over low heat while stirring.

• Pour a little pudding mixture into a beaten egg while stirring quickly and then pour the egg back into the pudding mixture while stirring quickly until smooth and cook until boiling.

• Pour into a baking dish, let the hot steam disappear and cool it in the refrigerator.

• Serve cold
