- 225 grams of liquid milk
- 75 gr butter
- 125 gr brown chopped blocks
- 75 ml of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams of sugar
- 125 gr triangular flour
- 1mg baking powder
- Choco chips for sprinkles
How to make
- Cook liquid milk + brown sugar + cornstarch and chocolate to thick slippery. Turn off the heat and then add the butter and chocolate blocks to stir quickly until smooth
- Put 1 egg and oil stir quickly again, add another 1 egg + sugar stir quickly until smooth
- Finally add flour and baking powder while sifting and stirring well
