This game is an arcade game(sort of), it has no story, all you have to do is kill these people, but isn't that what all games do I hear you ask. Well, in this game time moves when you move and there are no conveniently placed ammo drops, no guns provided in the beggining . i can't explain the mechanics properly so if you're interested you may wanna check out some gameplay.
