As we enter meditation let us open our hearts even more today to a deeper awakening of life. Let us come to a place where there is no fear and we rest in the contentment that no matter what comes you will get through it, just like you have done thus far.

And as you approach each new experience today let us learn not to panic or be a reactionary but let us pause a moment and breathe and see this experience for all that it is and all that it can be. Let us grow in each moment of our day looking at life through new lenses for the first time. And let us continue on day by day with this same conviction that no matter what life presents us, we will get through it and it will all be for our good, Say to yourself, my success, my growth and my story, I can and I will pass on to someone else that needs it.

Take a break from your day and let us begin our meditation. by entering into stillness.
Follow the fullness of your breath as you inhale slowly and exhale slowly. Relax every part of your body. Notice the stillness and the solitude that surrounds you. Feel the deep knowing that all is well.

Feel the body relax even deeper and continue to breathe fully in and out.
Bring your attention to your heart center, feel your heart open to all that life has to offer you. Accept your life fully with every part of your being and rest in knowing right now that you are the architect of this reality in which you live. And you will design the best life possible. See that life that you want to live now in your mind's eye.
Even if you only have time to get a glimpse of the future, see yourself in all your greatness, the things you are accomplishing, those that are there to support you and live life with you

Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Feel your strength as you continue to climb every mountain in your life. Feel your strength and perseverance as you face the difficult times.
Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale through the mouth, not rushing but in balance and in sync with the world around you. Feel the joys, the love, feel all that is you, now rest in the awareness that you can do all that you see, as you make choices for it all to unfold.
As you bring your meditation to a close allow your breathing to return to normal.
