昨天给大家分享了海虾的制作方法,今天再来跟一篇贴,继续给大家分享一下“鱼香茄子”的做法。 Yesterday, I gave you a way to make the shrimp, and today we will share with you a post, and I will share with you the practice of "braised eggplant".

我给大家所分享的菜品从食料的选取到制作的过程都是平时在家可以轻松制作的。好了接下来切入正题。

需要准备的食材如下图所示,新鲜猪肉、姜末、蒜末、杭茄、剁椒、豆瓣酱、料酒、花生油、鱼香汁(鱼香汁用老抽、生抽、醋、白糖调制,比例可参照1:1)。

我们这次选食材时是用的杭茄,大家也可以买普通的品种,这个对最终效果的影响不大。

将杭茄切成块状。

Cut the hang tomato into cubes.

调制鱼香汁(鱼香汁用老抽、生抽、醋、白糖调制,比例可参照1:1)。

Make fish fragrant juice (fish fragrant juice with old soy sauce, raw soy sauce, vinegar, white sugar modulation, proportion can refer to 1:1).

加入白糖并搅拌均匀Add sugar and stir well

将猪肉中加料酒腌制,并均匀搅拌。

需要准备的食材就是这些了。

接下来热锅、倒入花生油。

油温较高时,也就是油开始变深黄色时开始煸炒蒜末、姜末,把蒜末炒至微微变黄即可,随后加上三小勺豆瓣酱。

When the oil temperature is high, it is when the oil starts to turn yellow and then stir-fry the minced garlic and ginger, then stir-fry the minced garlic until it turns a little yellow. Then add the three tablespoons of bean paste.

接下来就是剁椒该上场了,看看这红彤彤的样子就有食欲。

放入剿好的新鲜猪肉,将猪肉炒到七成熟。

上杭茄,茄子炒到蔫时,也就差不多可以放鱼香汁了。

肉沫茄子么,我喜欢吃这道菜,就是不会做

各地的叫法可能不太一样吧,不过主要的食材就是杭茄和肉末,为了让大家看的更明白因此步骤分的细了些,可能看起来会比较复杂,但做法其实并不难,能做家常菜的基本都能做的出来。可以试一下。
